A lot of people have been asking me about my fitness, diet, daily routines, travel and just random things which I love to talk about so I thought why not make what 1000 people do every day and start a podcast:) If you'd have a specific topic you would like me to talk about just leave a comment, these recordings are really a lot of fun to make, I'll try to make my best to be consistent if you guys like it.

It's "cottage cheese" =) I mean, "творог". In Ukrainian it is "домашній сир", but being bilingual I am using "творог" most of the time.

DeleteI enjoyed the podcast. Keep going! I want to ask you one thing concerning the topic. Can you talk about your working out program? I know you mentioned back injuries. I have a couple of them myself. It would be interesting to know how to work out without harming back and having good shape. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteHi Artem. I'm glad you liked the podcast. I think I talked about what you're asking in the second episode. I didn't talk about how to work out when you have back pain specifically, but I talked about my work out routines in detail.
DeleteGreat podcast! I'm actually surprised you didn't mention handstand push-ups, I find them very effective for delts (and traps, for some reason). Or maybe you can't do them because of your back trauma? Vladimir, is it actually posible to completely cure a back injury? I always thought it was something permanent!

I don't like handstand pushups, because a lot of blood flows into my head and for me it's a bad feeling, so it's not because of my back.
I don't know whether it is possible to completely recover, but I feel much much better. I'd say without doing any physical activity I feel like I recovered more than 95%. Whenever I do something though, I have to be careful. I need to warm up very well, do a lot of stretching and not do any abrupt movements. Back discs take a very long time to heal unfortunately :(
I don't quite remember the podcast I was talking about. I think we did only two with David. One was for his 'Language is culture' podcast and another one for his English learning podcast, which hasn't been published yet. I think I might have been talking about the first one.
